Privacy policy (PDPA 2010)

1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• Order and booking details: items, quantities, class dates, payment confirmation references.
• For trade enquiries: shop or company name and SSM number.
• Messages you send us through the enquiry form or WhatsApp.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored only in your own browser.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries, confirm orders and arrange delivery or pickup.
• To manage class bookings, deposits, reschedules and certificates.
• To keep accounting records as required by Malaysian law.
• To send you class or restock news only if you ask us to.

3. Disclosure

We share only what's needed: your name, phone and address with the courier delivering your parcel, and payment references with our bank or payment provider. We never sell or rent personal data.

4. Retention

Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order and booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

5. Security

Records are kept on password-protected devices accessible only to our four team members. The enquiry form on this site does not transmit data to a server; it prepares a message you choose to send via WhatsApp.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, and ask us to limit processing. Send your request in writing to the contact below; we respond within 21 days.
